Andy and Ashley are both personable. Andy gave a thorough exam and in the process discovered that my left ear was not completely deaf as I had been told for more than a decade. He fitted me with a device for both ears and it made a great difference. I highly recommend Illini Hearing. Updated 7/23/24: Clean, bright, comfortable office. Andy and Ashley are both personable, professional, and efficient. Andy's examination is very thorough, more so than any examination I have ever had. My first experience with Andy resulted in him discovering that my left ear -- long thought completely deaf -- could actually hear. The resulting hearing aids made a big difference. I know very little about audiology but Andy explains things in terms easily understandable. Without the slightest reservation, I recommend Illini Hearing for anything related to your hearing.
